The Courage Course: Intro

For Women 

The Courage Course is an innovative leadership program designed to increase mental strength and resiliency and to introduce women to some key concepts of awareness and self defense. The program empowers women to feel confident in their bodies so that they can find the courage to take a stand for themselves and others in the work place and in life.  90 minutes.

Some of the benefits you can expect from attending:

  • Understand the role of intuition in self defense.

  • Increase your mental strength and resiliency

  • Gain confidence in your ability to speak to anyone effectively and powerfully.

  • How mindset plays an important role in your defense ability.

  • The importance of awareness.

  • Experience the fight or flight response and learn to run away effectively.

  • Strategies to powerfully diffuse an uncomfortable encounter and stay safe.

This program is designed for women of all ages

Program Structure

  • Courses are conducted at a location of your choice.

  • Suggested group size: Minimum 12 Participants

  • Students are engaged in one on one demonstrations as well as group exercises.

 

 

 

The Courage Course: Advanced

For Women

Our advanced comprehensive step by step reality based program, teaches participants the most effective self defense tools to use against a larger stronger assailant. Students learn to use their natural instinctive movement to commit to decisive action and quickly end a conflict. Our progressive training methodology uses the basic building blocks of movement and defense psychology to teach participants of all ages how to talk, move, strike and defend themselves effectively.

Some of the topics we cover:

  • What is awareness and how to use it as a personal safety tool.

  • The Psychology of self defense and understanding and engaging the reasoning brain before a conflict escalates.

  • How your brain reacts in a stressful situation and the best strategies to overcome fear.

  • The mechanics of effective and efficient body movement so that you move out of harm's way without getting injured.

  • Understanding your opponents weak points and using them to your advantage.

  • How to use you natural movement ability to defend yourself and strike back.

  • Gain confidence in your ability to speak to anyone effectively and powerfully

  • How to defend yourself against a taller stronger opponent standing up and on the ground.

  • Strategies to diffuse a confrontation using your posture and your words.

  • How to effectively deal with a bully at work or in life.

Program Structure

  • 8 weekly sessions of 1.5 hours each (12 hours of training)

  • Experiential hands-on education in a safe setting that delivers measurable results that last.

This program is designed for women of all age groups. We Can Also conduct our training at a location of your choice.
